Description

In Ningen Debris, a moment on the school rooftop becomes the catalyst for a bitter quest for revenge. The protagonist sees his female childhood friend embracing their male childhood friend, and the sight ignites an overwhelming jealousy. Only then does he recognize how deeply he loves her—a realization that leaves him feeling betrayed, even though the embrace alone tells him little about what has happened. Unable to contain his resentment, he begins plotting to hurt the girl he loves. His goal is to make her suffer as much as he believes he has suffered, if not more, and he is willing to do whatever he considers necessary to achieve it. This determination marks the beginning of a story driven by jealousy, perceived betrayal, and affection twisted into a desire for retaliation.
