Pure Night: Futanari Infection is a 2D adventure game set in a devastated city that has remained sealed off for 15 years following a mysterious incident. Enter its ruined streets, uncover the secrets behind its isolation, and struggle to survive encounters with futanari zombies, futanari aliens, giantesses, and infected humans. The dangers extend beyond combat: zombie infection, alien corruption, transformation, and the threat of being swallowed and digested all form part of the game’s dark survival setting. Combining turn-based combat with animated 2D artwork, the game features female and futanari/trans protagonist content alongside explicit, mosaic-censored adult material. Its horror and fetish themes include giantesses, vore, scat, sexual violence, and necrophilia. Exploration and survival frame an adventure in which the city’s inhabitants—and the infections spreading through it—present persistent threats. Developed by pu-re ga-me and distributed through Itch.io, Pure Night: Futanari Infection is available in English, Japanese, and Chinese. Demo version 0.5 is dated July 17, 2026, with Windows available for that release; Linux and Mac downloads are listed for Demo v0.1, and an updated Linux build is planned. The demo reached release in a playable but unfinished state: all enemies are implemented, while some character story events, game-over scenes, and chapter endings remain missing, and bugs may occur. Installation consists of extracting the files and running the game, and a separate combat guide is also listed.
