Description

Pokémon Deranged Edition takes the classic Pokémon adventure to Carnalosia, a depraved region on the edge of the known world. Fifteen years ago, its people defied the will of Arceus, and a licentious madness began to corrupt them. Now, trainers navigate a society where victory in battle carries a distinctly adult significance: badges are not simply proof of skill, but licenses that determine which sexual acts are permitted with other trainers. Progress through encounters with eight Vanguard Members, earning Gym Badges that each unlock permission for a new intimate act, before setting your sights on making the Elite Four submit. This unconventional take on the familiar Pokémon journey ties its adult encounters directly to badge progression, blending trainer battles with Carnalosia’s corrupted social rules. Futa content is entirely optional, and no Pokémon–human sexual content or furry content is present or planned. Developed by Derangtina, Pokémon Deranged Edition is an uncensored, English-language game for Windows. Released on October 21, 2026, the listed version is 0.0.1.
