Description

Word Of Mouth follows the life of Elizabeth Barton, a clothing store franchisee whose summer takes on a new family responsibility. When her sister Holly decides to celebrate a second honeymoon with her husband, she has no choice but to ask Elizabeth to look after her eldest daughter, Jessica, for the rest of the season. With Jessica spending the remainder of the summer in her aunt’s care, the story brings Elizabeth’s family life into focus. This straightforward premise sets the stage for a character-centered narrative about an aunt taking on an extended caregiving role while her sister enjoys time away with her husband.
