Description

Hearts In Open Water is an adult romance visual novel aboard M/Y Halcyon, a 55-meter superyacht navigating a demanding Mediterranean charter season while discreetly preparing for an impending sale. You play as Reeve, a disciplined former Royal Navy captain with unquestioned authority at sea—but a future that rests on a single retention line in a closing memo. Across twelve weeks of procedures, port calls, and midnight requests left out of the official log, three women cross boundaries only the captain can open. Choose one route, pursue one romance, and discover the true cost of a decision made at season’s end. Cosima Lasry, the impeccably photographed wife of a hedge-fund titan, occupies the Owner’s Suite and stands out as the yacht’s most strategic presence. With a contractual deadline approaching in her marriage, she turns Halcyon’s daily routines into opportunities to arrange an escape that must remain unnoticed. For Reeve, Cosima is both a principal and a source of pressure: she recognizes the value of his discretion and knows precisely how to request it. Anouk, meanwhile, comes aboard as the buyer’s observer. A senior yacht sales broker with a six-figure commission at stake, she carries a clipboard, a formidable reputation, and the power to influence Reeve’s career. Her closing memo can preserve his command or quietly bring it to an end, making their attraction a delicate collision of professional ambition and private desire between two people accustomed to keeping everything on record. Tully runs the yacht’s interior as Chief Stewardess, a position secured with Reeve’s signature. Her approach to luxury service is swift, exacting, and nearly invisible—until she decides otherwise. Beneath that polished competence lies an urgent personal responsibility: her sister’s chemotherapy in Brisbane is being paid for by the season Tully cannot afford to abandon. Her connection with Reeve grows through shared professionalism and candid late-night conversations, as two capable people find room for each other in the narrow spaces their work leaves open.
