Description

With The Childhood Friend follows two childhood friends whose lives cross again after years apart. Facing a difficult family situation and left with nowhere to go, the protagonist must start over from scratch. For the time being, a manga café serves as his temporary home as he tries to find his footing. An unexpected encounter brings him face-to-face with Miyu, a childhood friend he hasn’t seen in years. When she learns about his circumstances, she offers him a room in her apartment. Her invitation gives him a place to stay—and gives both of them an opportunity to reconnect. Centered on their reunion, With The Childhood Friend brings a familiar bond into a new chapter of life. What begins as a chance meeting becomes an opportunity for two people separated by time to find their way back to each other.
