Description

With Consent is a mostly slow-burn adult visual novel exploring netorase and consensual sharing through the relationship of John, a software developer, and Sarah, his longtime girlfriend and a college student. Both characters’ names are customizable. After almost three years together, they seem happy, deeply in love, and comfortable with their life as a couple. When Sarah heads to the beach for a weekend with her female friends, however, John finds himself dwelling on a series of strange, recurring dreams he has been trying to ignore. In her absence, John’s confusion gradually gives way to an unexpected realization: he wants to explore sharing, watching, and new boundaries with the woman he loves. Communication, intimacy, and trust are central to the story, and nothing happens without mutual consent. There are no cheating routes or “beta MC” tropes; the focus is on a man discovering his desires alongside his partner, rather than on betrayal. The developer also explicitly rules out adding NTR. Featuring a male protagonist, 3DCG artwork, animated adult scenes, branching choices, and an unlockable picture gallery, With Consent includes themes of voyeurism, exhibitionism, oral sex, and consensual partner sharing. Interracial content, humiliation, and swinging are optional. Group sex and pregnancy are listed as planned content rather than confirmed current features, with the in-game introduction providing further details about those plans. Players can also enable choice hints through the Preferences menu, though these do not apply to gallery unlocks. Developed by JayW-NTS, With Consent is available uncensored in English for Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android. The listed version is 5.1.0, with a release date of August 20, 2026. Installation consists of extracting the files and running the game; consult the Developer Notes for additional information.
