Description

In Valkyrion Rising, Michael Wallace sets out to change the world by ending global hunger. His plan is to use radiation to alter the genetic makeup of produce and increase food production. As the son and sole heir to Tri-Spire Industries, he has the resources to pursue that ambition—until a catastrophic failure changes everything. When Michael awakens with strange abilities, he discovers that he is far from the only person with extraordinary powers. For centuries, governments have known about “Metas,” humans with metaphysical capabilities. Yet they have kept their existence hidden from the public, exploiting these individuals for their own gain. Thrust into this concealed side of the world, Michael and his companions must learn to navigate their new existence while uncovering the secrets surrounding Metas. Their search leads to questions at the heart of the Valkyrion Project. What is it, and what is it truly intended to accomplish? As Michael and his companions work to uncover the truth, one question becomes especially personal: why has their small group been chosen?
