Description

Unexpected Consequences follows a sophomore at Ocean City University whose life has been shaped by tragedy. Three years ago, a close friend suffered an unfortunate accident, and shortly afterward, you lost your parents. When two new young women enter your life, they set off a chain of events that brings you back into contact with your first love—and draws you toward the truth behind what happened three years earlier. With support from your parents’ former FBI colleagues and an international task force, you plunge into an investigation that exposes a ruthless syndicate with influence stretching far beyond Ocean City. As you uncover its reach, you’ll form new friendships and decide which relationships to develop into something deeper. Not every decision is a matter of the heart, however: some place the lives of others in your hands, with consequences you may never see coming. Blending a personal search for answers with dangerous discoveries and meaningful relationships, Unexpected Consequences invites you to find a way forward without leaving the people you care about behind. Enjoy the companionship of the women in your life as you work to free yourself—and those closest to you—from the Syndicate’s grip.
