Description

This Won´t End Like This follows a young woman fighting to keep herself, her younger brother, and her father afloat in a city dominated by crime and corruption. Her already difficult routine takes a dangerous turn on the way to school, when she encounters Jack, the son of the city’s most powerful drug dealer. After accidentally overhearing a conversation she was never meant to hear, she becomes a target—but Jack has underestimated her. Capable of defending herself, she easily defeats her attacker, setting in motion a story that binds their lives together through action, tension, and desire. Between school and poorly paid jobs, the protagonist must navigate an increasingly precarious life while being pulled into a world where power determines the rules. Choices lead to different scenes and story paths, with school encounters, family struggles, and work as a housekeeper, bar waitress, or babysitter shaping her experience. Branching interactions and a possible bad ending give those decisions consequences as she tries to protect her family and survive. Just when she appears to have regained control, another ordeal threatens her strength, loyalty, and life.
