Description

The Wishes follows a male protagonist trying to begin again after everything that has happened. A new house in a quieter place offers the promise of a fresh start, but the three people living under its roof have never been a picture-perfect family. Now, they are all one another has. What initially seems like a chance to settle into a calmer life gradually becomes more complicated as buried matters resurface and unexpected feelings develop. Developed by CapR, also known for Insimology, The Wishes combines point-and-click gameplay with 3DCG visuals and animated scenes. Its story centers on an imperfect household, emotional tension, and the uncertainty of starting over. A gallery feature is also included, and the developer highlights improvements to the visual quality, dialogue, storytelling, animation, and coding. The game is available in English for Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android. Version 0.9 is listed with a release date of August 3, 2026, while the supplied Mac and Android downloads are identified as version 0.8. Installation is straightforward: extract the files and run the game. An Italian translation is also listed as an extra, with supplementary ports or versions identified as unofficial rather than developer releases.
