Description

A new virus is spreading, known only as “The V,” and no one can predict how it will affect those who catch it. For most, the infection brings little more than a rough fever. For a small percentage, however, it triggers something far more drastic: a complete transformation of the body. Age resets and gender shifts as those affected wake up as young women between 18 and 25. The change is fast, painful, and impossible to prepare for, turning an illness that most people endure into a life-altering event for an unlucky few. The V builds its premise around the uncertainty of an infection with radically different outcomes. What begins as a fever can end with a body made entirely unfamiliar—and there is no preparing for how suddenly that change arrives.
