Description

In The Her, Casey’s difficult life on the streets takes a hopeful turn after meeting Ethan, a wealthy philanthropist willing to lend a hand. His offer to help Casey attend college opens the door to an education and the possibility of a fresh start, bringing new prospects into a life marked by uncertainty. Moving into Ethan’s grand home is a dramatic change of surroundings, but settling in comes with an unexpected complication. The only clothes available belong to Ethan’s sister, leaving Casey with a wardrobe that doesn’t quite match their own style. Making do becomes another part of adjusting to this unfamiliar situation. With the promise of college ahead and a new place to call home, Casey finds themself balancing opportunity with the awkward realities of accepting help. The Her pairs the hope of a better future with a personal challenge: finding a way to feel comfortable when even the clothes on hand don’t feel like their own.
