The Enforcer
Description
In The Enforcer, you step into the life of a man in his thirties who has spent his time drifting from one job to the next. Eventually, he decides to become an Enforcer—a title that sounds considerably more impressive than the work it describes. Strip away the fancy name, and he’s a debt collector. His career change doesn’t quiet the running commentary in his head. His own brain talks to him almost around the clock, supplying a near-constant stream of chatter in a low-register voice. He nicknames it “ASMR Guy,” though listening to it is more of an annoyance than a soothing experience. The Enforcer follows his everyday life, pairing his newly chosen line of work with the irritating companion he can’t leave behind. At its heart is a man trying a different job while dealing with a mind that rarely gives him a moment’s peace.
