Description

Set in 1923, in the closing years of the Taishou Period, Taishou Mebiusline follows Hiiragi Kyouichirou as he leaves his rural home to attend the Imperial University. His arrival in Tokyo promises a new chapter, but his plans are quickly overshadowed by a confrontation between the all-powerful Imperial Army and the mysterious Gohongatana Clan. Caught in the midst of their conflict, Kyouichirou draws the Imperial Army’s attention for an extraordinary ability: he can see the spirits of the dead. What sets him apart now makes him someone the Army wants on its side, entangling his future with forces far beyond the university life he came to pursue. As competing allegiances pull him in different directions, Kyouichirou must decide where his loyalty truly belongs. Should he serve his country, the Emperor, or his fellow man—or is there a greater cause worth following? Against a backdrop of imperial power and supernatural mystery, Taishou Mebiusline places questions of duty and conviction at the heart of his journey.
