Summer Mare Saga puts you in the middle of farm life as a playable mare in an early-development 3D horse simulator by SMSaga. Version 2020.11.11 introduces a compact resource-gathering loop, animated horses, and body-physics features that form the foundation for a larger farm simulation.

Your main task is to collect grass from the fields while navigating encounters with roaming stallions and mares. Gathered grass converts into milk, the game’s primary currency, with the stable serving as a key stop in your routine. The current build focuses on these basic systems rather than a developed storyline, offering a look at the project’s initial direction.

SMSaga’s planned additions include a playable stallion with separate objectives, horse customization, breeding mechanics, and skill progression. The developer also intends to let players keep multiple horses and switch between them, adding variety to how they explore and manage life on the farm. These features remain development goals rather than confirmed content in this version.
