Description

In the year 2335, the Astanten Nebula sits at the far reaches of humanity’s galactic empire, resisting every effort to understand or conquer it. Known across the galaxy as Cloud 10, this mysterious region holds impossibly ancient shipwrecks, enigmatic monuments to a forgotten past, voracious alien lifeforms, and treasures beyond reckoning. Its promise of fortune and glory attracts hunters, cultists, scientists, scavengers, politicians, and even royalty—each convinced that somewhere within the Cloud lies the prize they seek. You arrive as another fortune seeker, only to be betrayed and left for dead deep inside the nebula. Your unexpected rescue comes from a strange AI, whose assistance offers a chance to survive but leaves you bound to an uncertain alliance. Together, you must venture through the cosmos, pursue the one who betrayed you, contend with greedy aliens, and uncover the truth behind your ordeal. Survival in Cloud 10 may demand more than resourcefulness: it may change who you are. A monstrously powerful AI offers the seductive prospect of blissful safety in her infinite hands, but accepting that protection means confronting the question of who holds control. Will you surrender to her promises, or establish your own authority over her? The choice is yours.
