Description

Spermatosis is an adult visual novel that pairs explicit content with irreverent humor and character-driven storytelling. Choose Liza or Kevin as your protagonist and discover an unusual condition with an equally unusual treatment: swallowing semen to recover. There’s just one complication—Liza is a lesbian, while Kevin is straight. That awkward mismatch forms the premise of a story that embraces its absurdity. With a strong emphasis on scent kink and gokkun, Spermatosis features detailed sexual descriptions alongside plenty of warm character moments. Its humor is unapologetically crude, but beneath the outrageous setup lies a surprisingly sweet story, with character interactions playing as important a role as the adult material. For now, choices are limited beyond selecting your protagonist, though the creator plans to expand those options. No AI was used in the game’s creation: its offbeat premise, explicit writing, and questionable decisions are entirely human-made.
