Description

In Something, you play a 28-year-old man who has left the army and started a new career at an investigation company, where your girlfriend also works. Your latest assignment brings your military past back into focus: together, you are tasked with investigating the family of a former army comrade who died in combat years ago. You and your girlfriend are chosen for the mission because of your proximity to the family. An opportunity to get closer arises when you discover that your fallen comrade’s mother is renting out his old room. Staying there gives you a place within the household and a better vantage point from which to observe the family’s activities. With its premise rooted in a personal connection to the people under investigation, Something places you between the memories of your former military life and the responsibilities of your new profession. What would otherwise be a work assignment becomes a much more intimate undertaking as you watch the family from inside their own home.
