Description

In Sex Pass, the United States faces a declining birth rate, prompting the government to establish a Department of Reproduction. Tasked with addressing the problem, the department has spent a full year developing a pregnancy program designed to encourage pregnancies on a mass scale. Registration numbers are high, but participation on paper has not translated into the results officials hoped for. Despite the time invested and the strong initial response, the department’s attempt to coordinate mass pregnancy has failed. With its ambitious program falling short, the government is left with only one choice. Sex Pass sets the stage for that final option, building its premise around a national demographic problem and an effort to solve it that has reached a critical turning point.
