Description

In Sex Pass, the United States faces a declining birth rate, prompting the government to establish a Department of Reproduction. Tasked with addressing the problem, the new department has spent a year developing a pregnancy program intended to reverse the trend. Registration numbers are high, but strong interest has not translated into the results officials hoped for. Despite the time invested and the number of people signing up, the department’s plan to coordinate pregnancy on a mass scale has failed. With its ambitious initiative falling short, the government is left with only one choice. Sex Pass builds its premise around that unresolved next step: what happens when a national effort to boost births reaches the end of its original plan?
