Description

Prayers Of Distorted Minds places you in the perspective of a promising young noble whose understanding of the world is unlike any other. Through his eyes, extra fingers are unremarkable, grotesque bodies are ordinary, and a distorted reality is the only existence he has ever known. What might seem horrifying to an outsider is simply the familiar shape of his surroundings. In this realm, visual coherence has long since given way to something twisted and unsettling. Yet even a world defined by distortion has an accepted mold—and those who fall outside it find no solace except in death. For these extraordinary souls, there is nowhere left to turn but to the gods. Their pleas for mercy lie at the heart of Prayers Of Distorted Minds, a bleak vision of a world where the monstrous passes for normal and difference offers no refuge. Taking on the noble’s perspective means encountering that world on its own terms, through a gaze for which its grotesque forms are not aberrations, but reality itself.
