Description

One Lie puts a lifelong friendship on the line when one mistake turns familiarity into heartbreak. Developed by Wooden Donkeys, this story-driven game follows Mike as he leaves his hometown after Julie’s actions shatter his trust. Version 1.0 centers on a deeply personal question: does walking away mean their connection is truly over?

You play as Mike, confronting what Julie still means to him after everything that has happened. But Julie isn’t ready to let their shared history end. In love with Mike and determined to seek forgiveness, she follows him, hoping to rebuild their friendship—and perhaps find something more. Both lead characters can be renamed, adding a personal touch to a story about hurt, longing, and uncertain second chances.

Featuring 3DCG visuals and animated presentation, One Lie pairs its relationship-focused premise with the tension of an unresolved past. The emotional stakes come from Mike and Julie’s conflicting hopes: her desire to make things right and his struggle to understand whether their bond still has a future. Download and play One Lie to discover where their story leads.
