At home, her devoted stay-at-home husband, Louis, supports her every day as she works toward victory. But her political opponent, Kurohara, has ambitions that extend beyond the election. Drawn to Maria’s attractive body and the power she holds, he is secretly preparing to seduce her. His intentions place both her marriage and her political future under threat, bringing a deeply personal conflict into the race for mayor.
