Description

Step into the neon-lit metropolis of New Dynamo City in Neon Effect!, an interactive adult visual novel that blends dating-sim elements with light gameplay. Its streamlined point-and-click environment keeps the experience accessible, bringing together character interactions and a futuristic setting shaped by pervasive technology. In this distant future, cybernetic body enhancements—known as CBE—are as commonplace as tattoos and practically essential to everyday life. Technology dominates society, and augmenting the human body has become an ordinary part of getting by. Now, another invention is steadily finding its place: androids. From household maids to store clerks, these artificial beings are gradually integrating into society. Against the glow of New Dynamo City, Neon Effect! introduces a world where enhanced humans and increasingly familiar androids share the same urban landscape.
