Description

My Loyal Wife follows a loving couple whose life is upended by a virus that nearly wipes out the world’s female population. With so few women remaining, humanity’s survival demands sacrifices they never imagined having to consider. Faced with an unfamiliar reality, they must confront what those sacrifices could mean for their marriage—and whether the relationship they once knew can endure. As the couple navigates this changed world, their love stands at a crossroads. Will it grow in an unexpected direction, or will the pressures surrounding them mark the beginning of a darker, more primal journey? The story explores the uncertainty of a shared future when intimate bonds become entangled with the survival of humanity. Featuring both NETORARE (NTR) and NETORASE (NTS) routes, My Loyal Wife lets your choices guide the story toward one of these two paths. Choose carefully and save often: your decisions shape the direction of the couple’s journey and will also affect future updates.
