Monsterlay is an adult dark fantasy visual novel for Windows that puts you face to face with monsters—and lets you decide how to respond. Will you fight for victory or make a shameless request? Meet a varied cast of characters, explore their stories, and discover how their reactions change with the choices you make. Encounters feature short attack and defense minigames alongside illustrated scenes you can unlock and collect. Once earned, these scenes remain available in the gallery to revisit whenever you like. Each character has more than 50 CG images, with a development target of around 20 scripted scenes and approximately 800 lines of dialogue and narration for most characters. The current free demo includes 19 playable characters and requires no Patreon membership, while the Patreon edition offers 35 playable characters. The free demo also features Wombmaw Mora’s new encounter event. Monsterlay supports English, Japanese, and Simplified Chinese, with a release schedule of one to two updates and at least four new characters each month.
