Medieval Harem City invites you to explore a medieval town, meet its NPCs, and build relationships with the girls you encounter. Wander the streets, get to know different characters, and use your own large language model (LLM) to chat and roleplay with them. The focus is on bringing those conversations into an actual game world, giving your interactions a setting to unfold in. Inspired by SillyTavern, the project takes a more game-focused approach to AI-driven roleplaying. While SillyTavern offers powerful tools, its creator found it challenging to use for a larger RPG system, particularly when handling separate NPC memories, growing token usage, and the changing states of characters and the world. Medieval Harem City aims to address those challenges by handling more of that information in the backend rather than relying on the LLM to remember everything on its own. This approach supports the project’s central goal: combining town exploration, relationship-building, and open-ended conversations within a more structured game environment.
