Description

Mara Under Pressure is an anime-style adult game centered on a teacher whose strict standards and demanding attitude have put her in a difficult position. Unpopular with her students and facing poor grades in her subject, Mara can no longer ignore the consequences of her approach. As the pressure mounts, Mara faces a choice that could determine her professional future. She can stand by her current behavior and risk losing her job, or change the way she treats those around her to win the approval of her students and colleagues. Neither option leaves her established approach to teaching unchallenged. Built around this personal and professional dilemma, Mara Under Pressure explores the tension between holding firm to expectations and adapting to the people affected by them. Mara’s predicament places her attitude at the heart of the story, with her career hanging in the balance.
