Description

Maddi Vice is a new visual novel set in the Medical Special Care universe, following Maddison, the daughter of a wealthy and influential man. Accustomed to calling the shots, playing her own games, and always coming out ahead, she has little reason to question her control—until her father decides she needs real-world experience. His solution is to put her to work as a nurse at St. Eva’s Hospital, where her carefully managed world begins to shift. As Maddison settles into this unfamiliar role, someone starts taking a little too much interest in her, while a person from her past still refuses to let her go. Even with these complications gathering around her, she remains convinced that everything will unfold according to her plan. Her perspective brings a different angle to the familiar Medical Special Care atmosphere, placing a woman used to having the upper hand in circumstances that challenge her sense of control. Version 0.1 introduces Maddison’s backstory and includes several full scenes with different paths. Maddi Vice is a spin-off, not a sequel to Medical Special Care 2, exploring the shared universe through Maddison’s story and her new life at St. Eva’s Hospital.
