Description

Lifeguard Holic (version 2.1) from Tiramisu/Big Ass Studio drops you into the flip-flops of Ryouma, cousin of the infamous landlord Ryunosuke and former collegiate swim captain whose athletic career was cut short by a serious injury. When a high-stakes gambling match against a local businessman wins him the rights to a swimming pool, Ryouma finally gets to put his skills—and his impressive physique—back to work as the pool’s lifeguard. What starts as a second chance at the water quickly becomes a dating sim full of temptation, as this animated 2DCG adventure lets you charm the shy, innocent college girls who show up to swim.

In classic spiritual-successor-to-NTRaholic fashion, Ryouma’s charm offensive doesn’t stop at poolside small talk. Using his stamina and confidence, he works to win over lonely hearts like Mizuhara Aoi—whether she’s already got a boyfriend or thinks she’s madly in love makes no difference to him. The story leans hard into cheating and seduction themes, with groping, creampie scenes, and plenty of big tits and big ass eye candy brought to life through smooth animation. Every encounter pushes the narrative forward and lets you decide how far Ryouma will go to get what he wants.

Gameplay blends visual-novel-style storytelling with dating sim progression: manage the pool, build relationships, and unlock increasingly explicit scenes as you get closer to each girl. Version 2.1 polishes the experience with refined animations and content, making it an easy pick for fans of animated adult games with cheating and seduction at their core. If you enjoyed NTRaholic’s premise, this successor delivers the same provocative energy with a fresh cast and a sun-soaked setting.
