Lenore PhD is an adult, top-down RPG about a young woman who moves far from home to settle in a cozy town, only for her clumsiness to land her in debt. Making ends meet is difficult enough, but a deeper mystery suggests that unpaid bills may not be the worst trouble waiting for her. As Lenore builds a life in unfamiliar surroundings, your decisions shape her relationships, her reputation, and the direction of the main story. Unable to use magic or resort to violence, Lenore depends on others to protect her. Rather than fighting enemies herself, she supports her companions as a healer, operating on injured followers and luring enemies away to open a path forward. This unusual approach to RPG gameplay puts survival, medical care, and reliance on allies at the center of her adventures. To pay off her debt, Lenore can pursue several kinds of work, including running a clinic, taking a job at the tavern, farming, or selling her body as a prostitute. Multiple romanceable characters and branching paths give her choices consequences beyond her finances, while the unfolding mystery adds another layer to her struggle to get by. Only Chapter 1 is currently implemented, with more planned.
