After extracting and installing the desktop app, add models to its model-import folder and characters to its characters folder. Model imports accept only .gguf files and install automatically when dropped into the import folder. Custom characters are currently desktop-only: the web version cannot read character image folders from your device. The online option runs on the developer’s servers, requires no installation, and works through a phone browser, with message allowances determined by your plan.
