Description

In Journal Monstrae, humanity has always lived beneath the shadow of the Monstrae, sheltering in hidden hamlets to escape their ravenous gaze. Your home in Gothspell is one such refuge, but even secluded communities cannot remain cut off forever. People venture beyond the safety of their settlements—and some never return. To keep these scattered human towns and villages connected, chosen travelers known as Seelies journey across the world. Their duties include carrying letters, delivering packages, and recovering whatever remains of those who have disappeared. They provide a vital link between communities that must stay hidden to survive. You have long wondered what lies beyond Gothspell, and your selection as a Seelie finally gives you a chance to find out. With new responsibilities comes the opportunity to see as much of the world as you can, venturing beyond the familiar boundaries of home into lands where humanity’s precarious existence is impossible to forget.
