Description

Italian Free Translators brings Italian-speaking players closer to the games they love through a community dedicated to free Italian game translations. Presented by ⎰ ↜ ✰ BAD 75 ✰ ↜ ⎱, this is a translation hub rather than a standalone game, with project credits spanning RPGM, Ren’Py, and QSP and catalog tags that also include Unity and Others.

The heart of IFT is its team of volunteer translators, a self-described crew of misfits and oddballs constantly learning new ways to make games more accessible. Contributors include MEGALOMEN, Scantu, Bad 75, OneClick New Era, Dedalo69, Jungles70, Cep 29, and Moz, with credited projects ranging from Il Signore Oscuro to L’Ultimo Samurai and Il Bibliotecario. Each translation helps Italian-speaking players follow the dialogue and story of its respective game, while gameplay depends on the title they choose.

Beyond the translations themselves, the community offers practical guides to help players get started. Learn how to find a translation, install Ren’Py language files, patch RPGM games, add Ren’Py translations on Mac and iMac, or reduce dialogue size in RPGM titles. IFT’s translations are exclusive to the group and appear in the corresponding game threads whenever possible.

The request thread is open and free, giving players a place to suggest games for future translation, with the team accommodating requests when it can. Respectful participation keeps the focus on shared projects and helping fellow players. Explore Italian Free Translators, find an available translation, then download and play your chosen game in Italian.
