Description

Hitomi’s Sick Pleasure is a visual novel centered on the NTR genre, with a particular focus on Mom NTR. Told through the perspectives of both Asahi and his mother, Hitomi, the story follows a family’s growing turmoil as bullying, isolation, and desire become intertwined. Asahi is a high school student struggling with trouble caused by Hiroto, a neighborhood bully. Unable to confide in his mother, he faces the conflict alone, while Hitomi remains unaware of what is behind her son’s distress. That lack of communication leaves Asahi increasingly isolated and Hitomi searching for a way to understand and support him. As Hitomi tries to uncover the source of Asahi’s suffering, she becomes caught up in seemingly endless lust and desire. The alternating viewpoints reveal both her changing circumstances and her son’s private struggles, bringing two distinct perspectives to a story of strained family bonds and emotional conflict.
