Description

In Gray Arcadia, Tamaki transfers to an all-boys boarding school where most students come from elite families, including those of business leaders and managers at major companies. Perched atop a mountain and surrounded by nature, the school was built around a single ideal: creating the best possible environment for students to concentrate on their studies. Yet beneath that academic promise lies an unusually restrictive way of life. With studying placed above everything else, entertainment is strictly forbidden. Game consoles, televisions, music players, and mobile phones cannot be used on campus, and students are prohibited from leaving the grounds. Even summer vacation offers no chance to return home, keeping them confined to the school and its uncompromising rules. Tamaki befriends three fellow students, but their behavior leaves him increasingly uncomfortable. As he navigates these relationships and life within the isolated institution, two troubling thoughts take hold: who is truly honest, and what is so strange about this school?
