Goregasm is an intense retro-style shooter built around waves and rounds, combining brutal combat, grotesque horror, and NSFW content. Step into the Temple and face endless hordes of abominations as each run grows faster, bloodier, and less forgiving. Its pixel-inspired gore, twisted enemies, and seductive horror atmosphere give every desperate fight a distinctively depraved edge. Survival depends on more than firepower. Upgrade passive skill trees to become stronger with every run, and unlock and select powerful abilities during battle, ranging from devastating projectiles to chaotic magical effects. Skills, abilities, and upgrades let you change your approach as the relentless waves push your endurance further. Between battles, expand the Temple’s neutral hub to uncover new content and secrets, or use the building system to place objects in your own location. Photo Mode lets you capture memorable moments, while Fishing Mode offers a chance to unwind after the carnage. Goregasm also includes a seductive NSFW horror scene, with more planned for future updates, alongside a simple JOI system featuring Jane. Flashing lights, gore, sexual content, and disturbing imagery are all part of the experience.
