Description

Galactic Athletes Red League introduces a sporting competition where openly gay athletes compete across a group of leagues in 20 events. Every placement earns points, making each result part of the race to advance. The top four athletes in each league move on to the Champion’s League, while the bottom four head to the redemption league. There’s also an intimate stake in every event: the winner tops the athlete who finishes last. The story follows Finn, a new hire at the Thebes Sporting Complex who will serve as the Galactic Athletes League’s medic. Looking after the athletes’ health and wellness is his official responsibility, but keeping his job depends on more than his medical duties. He must accurately predict both the winner and the last-place finisher in each of the 20 events. With league standings on the line and his employment tied to his predictions, Finn faces a challenge that goes well beyond caring for competitors. Can he correctly call both ends of the results table throughout the competition?
