Description

Fullblooded Transmutation begins with a familiar setup: a guy gets hit by a truck, seemingly destined to wake up in another world. Except that’s not what happens. He awakens as a girl—and, rather than being transported somewhere new, finds himself still in his own world. With its hero now a heroine, the premise raises a teasing question: will she stay pure while searching for a way to become a man again, or give in to her newfound instincts? That dilemma sets the tone for a playful twist on the usual otherworldly adventure, where the biggest change is the protagonist herself. For now, those possibilities remain part of the setup rather than a developed storyline. The story is planned for version 0.4, so the heroine’s answer may have to wait.
