Description

From Another World follows Alex through the aftermath of interdimensional warfare, a conflict that devastates his world and claims his parents’ lives. Seeking shelter in an orphanage, he finds a place of refuge—only to be unexpectedly pulled through a portal and separated from everything he knows. When Alex emerges seven years later, his former home lies in ruins. He reconnects with childhood friends in a world held together by a fragile peace treaty, trying to find his footing after years lost to forces beyond his control. Finding a job and caring for his friends become his immediate priorities as he searches for some sense of stability. Yet even as Alex turns his attention to everyday responsibilities, the apparent calm offers little reassurance. He cannot shake the feeling that something is wrong with this newfound tranquility. Against a backdrop of loss, reunion, and uncertain peace, From Another World centers on his efforts to rebuild a life while unease lingers beneath the surface.
