Description

In Former Swordswoman Lyla Is On A Quest!, a peaceful married life takes an unexpected turn when an old acquaintance’s debts disrupt the couple’s happiness. You play as a receptionist at the Adventurer’s Guild in Central City, the capital of the Kingdom of Nutras. Two years ago, you married Lyra, a swordswoman who was then working as an adventurer, and the two of you have enjoyed a quiet life together ever since. Lyra left adventuring behind after the wedding, but her retirement comes to an abrupt end when she is forced to take on those debts. Determined to repay what she now owes, she decides to return to her former profession, trading the comfort of a settled home life for the uncertainties of adventuring once more. Her decision sets the stage for a story in which financial hardship draws a former swordswoman back to the life she thought she had left behind. With her husband still working at the guild, Lyra’s return brings their peaceful routine into contact with the adventuring world again—but taking up her old calling is only the beginning.
