Forbidden Desires is a slow-burn adult visual novel exploring romance, lust, jealousy, temptation, and forbidden fantasies. John and Erika have built a loving relationship, but a single confession begins to shift the boundaries between affection, curiosity, and desire. As they confront a fantasy neither can easily put aside, their relationship develops through intimate conversations, photographs, and player-driven decisions. Each reply influences what they share, how deeply they trust one another, and how far they are prepared to explore. Played from a male protagonist’s perspective, the story combines relationship-focused choices with 2D CG and AI-generated CG artwork. Its adult themes include cheating, voyeurism, exhibitionism, corruption, and swinging, with uncensored sexual content. Messages, photos, and story scenes feature Erika, Noemi, and Jay, while Life Goals and Notes reflect decisions made during Chapters 4 and 5. The presentation includes chapter-start notifications, improved chat time transitions, and a conversation history that retains up to 40 recent messages per contact. Purple, Red, and Blue system themes offer additional interface customization. Developed by Scarlet Tales and available in English for Windows and Android, Forbidden Desires first released on September 19, 2026. Public version 0.2.1 provides free access to Chapters 1–5, including Chapter 4: Café Break and Chapter 5: On the Way to the Club. The separate v0.1.1 demo remains limited to Chapters 1–3, with refreshed artwork and presentation but unchanged story progression. The latest Patreon build extends through Chapter 7, and supporters receive first access to newer chapters, previews, development updates, and early releases. Development is ongoing, with further free public updates planned as paid releases advance.
