Description

In Fiendish Magical Girl Rinne ~Loathsome Lewd Degeneration~, magical power falls into the hands of someone with no intention of saving the world. Rinne struggles with her studies, lacks physical ability, and finds communication difficult. Weak, selfish, and consumed by jealousy, she nevertheless possesses an outsized sense of pride, excusing her behavior with the constant refrain, “It’s not my fault!” Bullied and miserable, she spends her days resenting the world around her—until a mysterious creature named Capila appears while she is imagining its destruction and grants her the power of magic. Rather than embrace peace or protect humanity, Rinne seizes this opportunity for personal gain and revenge. Her newfound abilities give her the means to act on the bitterness she has long harbored, turning an unhappy, spiteful girl into a fiendish magical menace. This dark adventure overturns the familiar magical-girl premise, placing a malicious heroine and her abuse of extraordinary power at the center of the story. Standing against Rinne is another heroine who embodies everything she is not: beautiful, academically accomplished, athletic, and genuinely compassionate. With a heart devoted to helping others, this defender of humanity must confront a rival driven by selfishness and resentment. Their clash pits the traditional magical-girl ideal against its corrupted opposite, unfolding into a grim confrontation marked by cruelty, torment, and humiliation.
