Description

Eva In Gloria Aeterna (version 0.19) by Ensorceled Nazarene opens with a simple summer dream: Evan, an eighteen-year-old from Seattle, joins his friends play-testing a secret VR project for HypeReal. But nothing goes according to plan, and Evan—now Eva—must navigate the strange ordeal that follows. This visual novel blends player choice with stats and RNG, with no grinding and no game overs, so you’re free to play the way you want, within limits, of course.

You control Evan/Eva, but she remains who she is: gentle, trusting, and kind. She would never dream of backstabbing anyone, and the game will never offer you that kind of choice. There’s no permadeath, and you can’t lock yourself into an unwinnable situation. The developer isn’t a fan of savescumming and has built a game where it isn’t necessary—so trust the game and roll through the outcomes just as Eva does. Along the way, the story leans into its 2DCG visual novel roots with corruption, exhibitionism, female domination, BDSM, anal sex, creampie, and DILF encounters woven into Eva’s journey.

Every character is drawn by the developer, while the backgrounds are heavily modified images from various existing sources, repurposed and altered to create a consistent, cohesive feel without the time required to hand-draw every scene. A few backgrounds incorporate some AI elements, though these were kept to a minimum. The result is something like outsider art—a struggle from the beginning but an enjoyable one. Originally planned for Twine with minimal images and lots of text, the project grew into what it is now.

One note on tone: this game does not glorify violence, rape, or the general mistreatment of others, and your character cannot inflict any of that on anyone—she is kind and good. That said, very bad things will likely happen to her, including all of the above. Please take care of Eva. She deserves far better than what she was given. Download and play Eva In Gloria Aeterna today and see where her choices lead.
