Description

Duchess Of The Underdeeps turns a university cave expedition into a dark fantasy nightmare when a sudden collapse leaves Jenny stranded far beneath the surface. Separated from her professor and fellow students, she must navigate an uncharted cavern system—and discover whether she is truly alone in the darkness.

Developed by Man From Icecream Van, this female-protagonist adventure blends atmospheric exploration with a claustrophobic survival-horror premise. Jenny’s journey takes her deeper into unfamiliar territory, where isolation and an unsettling underground presence shape the story. The mystery of what lies below gives her descent its ominous pull.

The game features 2DCG visuals, AI-generated CG artwork, and animated scenes that bring its subterranean fantasy setting to life. Its mature themes and exaggerated character designs give it a distinct visual identity, while the cave-bound setting keeps the focus on Jenny’s vulnerability and the dangers surrounding her.

Version 0.06 Public offers a look at Jenny’s unfolding ordeal in the depths. If dark fantasy, eerie exploration, and a female-led story are your kind of adventure, download and play Duchess Of The Underdeeps.
