Description

DokiDoki! Hentai Massage is a massage clinic management simulation that puts you in charge of a newly opened business with no customers and a loan due in just three months—12 weeks. Your prospects begin to change when Nana Tanaka, a beautiful, busty girl with an innocent and impressionable personality, arrives seeking relief for her stiff shoulders. As you care for Nana and deepen your relationship, you’ll need to balance your clinic’s finances, develop your abilities, and make every week count toward paying off your debt. Gameplay follows a repeating cycle of Counseling, Massage, and Action Selection. During your weekly counseling session with Nana, your conversation choices influence her Trust Level and Development Level, and you can also give her presents. Massage sessions form the core of the game, requiring you to monitor Sleepiness, Alertness, Pleasure, and Fatigue while attending to her needs. Conversations, instructions, and items help you manage these parameters, while successful massages and special states can earn higher ratings and better rewards. Between appointments, choose how to spend your time through Rest, Part-time Job, Gambling, Shop, Seminar, PINE, and Loan Repayment actions. Each choice plays a role in managing your stamina, money, and abilities, but actions have limited uses, making careful planning essential. Building your connection with Nana is only part of the challenge: you’ll also have to keep the clinic afloat and clear your loan before the 12-week deadline.
