Description

In Cultivating Companions, you live on the fringes of a world where others rise to ever-greater heights of power. Born with abnormal spirit roots and unable to cultivate, you are a failed cultivator with few prospects. Your days pass in isolation, gathering spirit herbs in the overgrown forest surrounding the city and earning just enough to afford a meal. Then an announcement, a mad old man, and a beast girl desperate to escape disrupt your lonely routine. Suddenly, the life you have struggled to endure takes an unexpected turn—but whether this change brings good fortune or fresh hardship remains uncertain. In a world as dangerous as this, the promise of a different future offers no guarantee of safety. Power always carries a price, and as your fate becomes entangled with another’s, love may prove no less costly.
