Description

Confluence brings together two branches of an evolving story—and two characters who share the name Fille Weighville. Serving as a teaser and introduction to both projects, it connects narratives that grew from the same beginning but now feature different versions of Fille. The original Fille first appeared simply as “Girl” in the opening of Mannkind in 2021. She calls the tale that began there “The Story That Never Goes Away.” Her role later developed in Bloodlines: The Oracle’s Gambit, which gave her a backstory and established her place in the world where the narrative unfolds. That continuing story has since become two separate projects, each with its own Fille Weighville—but they are not the same person. Confluence brings the two together, offering a glimpse of both projects through the characters who link them to their shared origins.
