Description

Coffee Buns is an 18+ transformation visual novel set after the events of Mice Tea. Two years have passed since the worldwide release of Kemono Tea, a drink that transforms humans into anthropomorphic animals. Society is still getting used to real-life furries, but even a change this extraordinary doesn’t make everyday responsibilities disappear—or give anyone an excuse to skip work. For Leonardo Bianco, that means serving coffee at a struggling café. With business faltering, his boss sees the growing furry phenomenon as a possible way to bring customers through the door. A connection at another local business—one returning readers may recognize—gives Leo and his co-workers the opportunity to try Kemono Tea and experience its effects for themselves. The tea delivers exactly what it promises, but Leo soon discovers that his transformation brings more changes than he anticipated. Against the backdrop of a world still adapting to its new reality, Coffee Buns pairs the everyday pressures of café work with the unexpected possibilities of personal transformation.
